anic has now released version 4 of the successful order and administration software for chemicals for our customers. A unique selling point of our made-to-measure software for customers is the possibility to search for chemical structures within a supplier catalog comprising more than two million structures and items.
The SAP ARIBA© interface with which orders can be activated directly from the application, is also new. Project numbers and cost centers can now be managed directly in the application for each substance. A web service delivers the master data from the SAP system. UNSPSC support is also new in our application.
The integration of the new, freely configurable interface to the mail system will be completed in the upcoming rollout. With one mouse-click the warehouse manager will now show a customer that the substance has been picked up. Through integration with the Kardex Megamat system – as in our other customer-specific solutions – the physical control of outsourcing is now ensured for the warehouse manager.
